The creation of a unified electronic address registry aimed at the integration of all addresses registered in State Population Register of RA, Real Estate Cadastre of RA and Haypost CJSC, their synthesizing, conversion to a common format and manually entering the missing addresses. The developed database enabled future integration with the geographic information system.

The system is accessible as a website www.address-register.am and is a real-time source of information on addresses for RA public administration and private systems. Modern data exchange protocols.

The Assignment envisaged development and introduction of an online, unified, electronic registry system of RA addresses based on current classification of RA territorial division which shall enable maintenance, adding and changing of RA addresses in a standard universal format and full scope.
